Support a Hong Kong Scholar today

Give now

Thanks to generous donations from supporters, the University of Toronto (Hong Kong) Foundation advances the interests of the U of T and Hong Kong by soliciting and administering donations for scholarships.

The University of Toronto (Hong Kong) Foundation Scholarships enable students from Hong Kong who are in financial need to attend U of T and receive a world-class education.

How to support the Foundation

Since its launch in 1995, the Foundation has helped more than 86 brilliant students to receive a transformative education at U of T, one of the world’s top-ranked universities. These talented scholars receive a world-class education that enables them to become leaders in their professions and their communities. Hong Kong scholars have pursued more than 40 different disciplines, with more than half of graduates going on to post-graduate study. Today, they live and work in 15 nations around the world.

25 years of student success

In celebration of the U of T (Hong Kong) Foundation’s 25th anniversary in 2020, U of T President Meric Gertler, Foundation Chair Daisy Ho and Vice-President Advancement David Palmer joined past and present scholars in a fireside chat to discuss the Foundation’s incredible impact on talented Hong Kong students.
