In September, you will receive an email from a member of the Landmark Project team inviting you to submit your paver inscription. This message will include detailed instructions, guidelines, and important dates to help guide you through the process.

In the meantime, we welcome you to start thinking about what you'd like your inscription to say.

Once your inscription is finalized, we will share a digital rendering of what your paver will look like. After that, it will proceed to fabrication.

To help you ensure your inscription meets the Landmark Project’s established guidelines, here are a few key points to keep in mind:

• Only names and U of T degree information may be included on a stone. No other personalized messaging or other phrasing may be included
• There is a maximum of 4 lines of text with 50 total characters per stone including spaces (and no line may be longer than 18 characters)
• A maximum of two people can be listed on a single stone. A solitary family name may also be used i.e.: “Lee family”
• One of the following optional preface messages may be included: In Honour of, In Memory of, In Celebration of, In Recognition of
• Degree information is optional and includes degree/year/college, and must be conferred no later than Spring 2025
